Inappropriate customer behavior
Please refrain from engaging in behaviors that exceed socially accepted norms when contacting our customer service representatives or other employees. Such behaviors include (but are not limited to) the following. If we determine that such behavior has occurred, we may decline to provide further assistance. Moreover, if we deem the behavior to be malicious, we will contact the police, lawyers, etc., to take appropriate action.
- Intimidation, coercion, and threats.
- Insulting or demeaning remarks towards our staff, or statements that undermine their character.
- Privacy infringement actions.
- Excessive requests for returns, refunds, or other demands beyond the scope of applicable laws, our service terms, or societal norms.
- Unreasonable demands for apologies to our company without valid reasons, or requests for punishment of our company personnel.
- Extended periods of confinement due to excessive repetition of the same requests or complaints.
- Defamation and slander on social media or the internet.
